Leich Cream workshops and seminars are mostly held in David Leichman's home at Kibbutz Gezer and sometimes in private venues. Workshops are usually for up to 30 people and are similar to wine tastings, in that Leichman focuses on appreciating and enjoying the ice cream with all your senses. David gives a short introduction into the world of ice cream, gelato, glida and sorbet and their various ingredients and share his passion for this fun, friendly, fabulously delicious experience.
